Meltdown

Evacuation
Do the following 4 times (i.e., 1 mile)
– 0.25 Mile – Mosey
– 10 x Big Boy Sit-ups
– 20 x Bear Crawl
– 30 Count x Plank

Fallout
Do the following 4 times (i.e., 1 mile)
– 0.25 Mile – Mosey
– 10 x Dry docks
– 20 x Heels to Heaven
– 30 x Monkey Humpers
