  • Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
  • General Stretching
  • Calf Stretch
  • Toy Soldiers

 

The Thang:

  • 3 x (5 min at I pace with a 4 min recovery jog)
  • 3 x (3 min at I pace with a 2 min recovery jog)
  • half mile cool down
