Let’s be honest, last week was hot, it was humid, it was a tough speed day.
This week it was cool and low humidity.

- SSH x 15 IC
- Imperial Walkers x 15 IC
- General Stretching
- Calf Stretch
- Toy Soldiers
- 3 x (4 min at threshold pace with 1 minute rest)
- 2 x (1000m at interval pace with a 3 min recovery jog)
- 4 x (200m at repetition pace with 200m jog)
- Mile cool down
The wheels were moving today. Everyone stayed together and we started every repeat together. Great workout and great push everyone. I recommend everyone looking to get faster to come out to Waxhaw Express, all paces welcome!
