Yes, we all brought our A game this morning to Watchtower…

The Thang

  • Mosey over to another parking lot next to some wall for our initial warmup…
  • Warmup
    • Prime the Pump (Fairly rapid calf raises while steadying self against a wall or piece of playground equipment.) x30 IC

    • Here is where we really got to feel our tax dollars at work.
    • Bear Crawl from curb to end of parking spot.
    • Flip over to Crab Walk until next parking spot lines.
    • Flip back over to Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, etc.
    • All the way to the curb on the other side of the parking lot. (East/West route; i.e., the “shorter” side of the parking lot.)
  • Turnover Apple
    • In order to get back to the original starting point, we did the same thing, just backwards.
    • Crawl Bear from curb to end of parking spot.

    • Sprint down and back again.
    • I think we did this six times in order to get seriously gassed (but at least it wasn’t Bear Crawls again). (East/West route; i.e., the “shorter” side of the parking lot.)

    • Rifle Carry rock back to original rock pile and say goodbye to rock.
  • Mosey back to the front side of the school next to flag pole (apparently much more sturdy than the benches).

    • Dips x20
  • Run one lap around the island.

Moleskine (i.e., Spreadsheets from the Gloom)

Great group this morning as the weather continues to drop (about 44 degrees at launch time). Sledge-O-Matic worked harder than anyone doing MASHIIT the whole time while we were crawling around parking lots, Swimmers came late and left early (but crushed it in between), Fuse Box was triggered by inconsistent counting patterns, and Zinfandel started a campaign to raise additional funds for the paving of school parking lots around Union County. Thanks to Ricky Bobby for inviting me to Q!
