Warm Up

On a nice Saturday morning, we completed a themed workout of 5,10,15,20.  The workout started under the darkness.  Hurry up time change. 

  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Marcon Night Clubs
  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Plank
  • Running Stretch
  • Calf Stretch

The Thang

Mosey Over to Mill Bridge Parking Lot – Club House

At each corner of the parking lot, increase by 5,10,15,20 for each lap for the below exercise

  • Big Boys, LBC, Flutters, Heals to Heaven
  • Squats, Mike Tyson, Plank Jacks, Dips

Mosey to Brick wick street

  • Jump Squats, Monkey Humpers increasing by 1 at every third tree

Mosey to Rock Pile

  • 5,10,15,20 Curls, Presses, and Benches while running between each count

Mosey back to COT

  • 5 Squats at each tree

The Moleskine 

We got about 600 reps of different exercise along with 3.8 miles of running.  Overall a great workout to start the weekend.
