Swarm – wrap

For the second time this week I was reminded of my obligation to Q. This time at Swarm. Got to tell you, if today wasn’t my Q it would have been TOO cold for me to even consider getting out of bed. But I digress, the work out consisted of:

  • 1.25 mile circle done 4 times
  • Round 1, sprinkle in warmups
  • Round 2,3 up Four lights, back one and some exercise
    • Round 2 alternate between squats, jump squats, and Bobby Hurleys
    • Round 3 alternate between merkins and dry docks
  • Round 4 do 10 big boy situps at every 10th light
