Break out into Starfish…. 5 groups…50 side straddle hops center.. then
corner 1 = 50 merkins,
Return to center, 50 SSH
corner 2 = 50 squats,
Return to center. 50 SSH
Corner 3 = 50 mountain climbers
Return to center 50 SSH
Corner 4 = 50 lunges
Return to center
5 rotations 50 reps, 40, 30, 20, 10 if time left
COT.. finished up with block work until time
