Clyent Dinner- Triple Nickel

It was perfect weather for a fall evening workout, 70 degrees with little humidity, a little breeze, can’t get much better than that.

6 of us showed up for a hearty 5 course meal, perfectly balanced.

Warm up lap, side straddle hops, seal jacks, mtn climbers, goof balls, and some stretches.

Time for a Triple Nickel. What’s a “Triple Nickel?” asked Speed Bump. It’s three stops with 5 reps at each stop. We made 5 passes with Burpees, T Merkins, Bobby Hurleys, Bear Crawls, and Bomb Jacks on the menu.

Then we ran over to the tables behind the middle school and did 3 rounds of this: 10 step ups, 10 Derkins, 15 Donkey Kicks, 15 Heels to Heaven, then run to the cove and do a set of Aching Abs (10 big boy sit-ups, 10 Freddy Mercury, 10 v-ups, 10 snow angels). We did different ab exercises each time, but you get the point. Had to work off the muffin top.

Next we ran around to the front of the middle school and did a round of the Motivator, starting with 8 (8 SSH, 8 seal jacks, 8 skier jacks, then 7 of each, then 6, down to 1).

Then I had some cinder blocks and a jump rope waiting for us, we each did a different exercise and then ran a loop down by the buses and came back. We repeated this 3 times, doing a different exercise each time. The kids loved the jump rope so adults had to use the coupons.

Ran back to COT with enough time to do a few Mary exercises and time was up.
