Fun on a Saturday Morning

Starting the brisk 32 degree morning with 18 PAX splitting up into two lines for an Indian Run to Kensington Elementary School upper parking lot. Circled up dynamic stretching:

  • 10 SSH
  • 10 Imperial walkers
  • 10 Low slow squats
  • Calf stretch 10 seconds per leg
  • Glidah stretch 10 seconds per leg

The Thang

PAX lined up at one end of the parking lot to preform some exercises while one PAX mosey to the other side and jail break back. The PAX who ran called out an exercise and the rest of the PAX performed the exercise while he was running. Next PAX in line, called out an exercise and he ran while the rest of the PAX did the exercise. Repeato 16 more times.

Round two – same as first round except PAX bear crawl about 30 yards and back. This time before next PAX called an excise, everyone held plank for 30 seconds. Repeato 17 more times.

PAX created two lines again for Indian run to the lower parking lot the long way around. PAX broke up into equal teams for 4 corners: flutters, Bobby Hurleys, Merkins, and Heels to Heavn 25 reps. Completed 2 rounds and headed back to COT. Still had 1 minute left so made sense to do 50 shoulder taps.
