Impromptu 4/1

Started the workout with an easy run and warm up with leg kicks, high knee raise, side straddle hop, and stretching.   Continue by going to Cuthbertson High School drive in the entrance and did 10 pushups at each light and repeat for 10 mike Tysons.  Then partnered up by using rocks to do pull ups, triceps, and biceps as the partner runs across the parking lot.  Finished the workout by doing abs at each lamp post as we got back.
After announcements, made a quick reference to Rocky 1 and 3 as Rocky and Creed were competitors in part 1, but rivals in part 3.  They became better because they continue to push each other like rivals. We need to be each other’s revivals.
