- Mosey to back of school for some light stretching
- Extra attention to the calf region
The Thang
- Round 1 – Suicide cadence along buses – 5 squats at every bus / 5 burpees every return
- Round 2 – Mosey across the street on our way to Bad Idea, performing 10 speed skaters at every light
- Round 3 – 3 rounds up and down bad idea, with 10 merkins at the beginning/ middle/ end of each lap
- Mosey back to front of school
- Round 4 – Partner up – Partner 1 = AMRAP 1 legged squats / Partner 2 = lap around parking lot / Partner 1 = AMRAP burpees / Partner 2 = lap around parking lot
