More like Ughnition

Between injuries and races the numbers for Ignition have been a little slim the past few weeks. Lucky for me Dasher and Rubbermaid are between races, Bottlecap isn’t dumb enough to sign up for any races, and Schnitzel is as reliable as they come for Site Q duties.

The Thang

Mosey towards Transporter’s Office which, according to Google Maps, is “Temporarily Closed”. Renovations I’m sure. 5 Merkins at every light pole. Schnitzel caught me accidentally saying 5 Burpees. Not sure how those words came out of my mouth. Quickly amended to 5 Merkins. That’s especially important considering what was to come.

At the bottom of the hill take a left and grab a lifting rock for 10 Curls, 10 Shoulder Presses, and 10 Tricep Extensions. Leave your rock on the sidewalk edge. We’ll be back.

Up the hill and over to the stairs. Up and down the stairs 5 times with 1 Burpee each time you get to the bottom.

Down the hill, around the corner, and to the wall behind the middle school. 10 Donkey Kicks.

Swing around the corner, under the awning and over to the front of the middle school for 10 Step-Ups.

Back to COT. Repeato.

But THIS time do 6 Merkins at each light. 15 of each rock exercise. 2 Burpees at the bottom of the stairs. 15 Donkey Kicks, 15 Step-Ups.

Repeato.

But THIS time do 7 Merkins at each light. 20 of each rock exercise….

OK OK OK, we audibled the stairs/burpees to 3 up/downs and 3 burpees. But right on back to 20 Donkey Kicks, and 20 Step-Ups.

Round 4: Time to audible a bit more. This time swap the Merkins for Big Boy Sit-Ups x 5. 25 on the rocks then put them back. 2 up/downs and 4 burpees after each. 25 Donkey Kicks, and 25 Step-Ups.

THERE’S STILL TIME LEFT????

Round 5: 6 Big Boy Sit-Ups at each light then back up the hill with 3 Mike Tysons at each light.
