Warmup

SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Moroccan Night Clubs – kind of in cadence. It was more of a “1, 2, 3, now listen to me while I talk a lot”

And Brutus DID talk a lot but they were important words about proper form. We skimp on that a lot; proper form. The key today was to do the form and if you can’t do the full rep counts then back it down to get the form right and don’t worry about the numbers so much.

The Thang

Round 1:

  • KB Swings – 25
  • Curls – 25
  • Overhead Triceps – 25
  • Run a lap – length of your choosing – make it a good one
  • Repeato for a total of 3 times

Round 2:

  • Bent Over Row (Back) – 20 per arm
  • Shoulder Press – 25
  • Bent Over Row (Delts) – 20 per arm
  • Run a lap – length of your choosing – make it a good one
  • Repeato for a total of 3 times

Round 3:

  • Bench Press – 40
  • Skull Crusher – 40
  • Pull Over – 40
  • Run a lap – length of your choosing – make it a good one
  • Repeato for a total of 3 times
