  • Mosey from CoT over to a shady alcove (sun was beating down and we needed some shade)

    • Grab some wall and do Prime the Pump (Fairly rapid calf raises while steadying self against a wall or piece of playground equipment.) – OYO for about a minute.

      • Extend right arm.

  • Mosey out of shady alcove by the Middle School to another shady alcove by the Middle School.
  • Partner Work Part 1!
    • Partner 1 is the timer. Run down long sidewalk to the end and back.
    • Partner 2: 5 Merkins, 10 Donkey Kicks, repeato until Partner 1 gets back.
    • Switch until each partner has run three times.
  • Mosey from shady alcove #2 back to shady alcove #1
  • People’s Chair (while waiting for the Six)

  • It was somewhere in the midst of the Ab Web that we totally lost the majority of the 2.0’s. Even with staying in the shade, they were all pretty melted. So, they sat on the picnic tables there in the shady alcove and watched the adults do silly things.
  • After everyone all of the adult pax crushed the Ab Web, we stretched it out a bit with Upward Dog and Downward Dog before doing…

Yeah, I think the only motivation that my 2.0’s had to even come was the promise of frozen fruit pops at the end—a very powerful motivation. And, I admit, they tasted extremely good at the end of the workout. Great job to the adult pax in particular for pushing the whole time even with how warm it was.
