The Farmer Boy!

WARMUP: Lots of shoulder warmups and other stretchy stretches.
THE THANG: Main piece was the “Farmer Boy” workout.
Partner 1: Farmer carry two cinder blocks (one in each hand) across the parking lot and back.
Partner 2: Alternate between a plank exercise and a core exercise until Partner 1 returns.
Switch.
Repeat 3 rounds.
After 3 rounds, continue on with farmer carries, but switch up the plank and core exercises.
Plank/core exercises included Merkins/Big Boy Sit-ups, Shoulder Taps/Heals to Heaven, Head-shoulder-knees-toes/flutter kicks, plank jacks/Freddy Mercuries.
There may have been one more, but I think that was all we had time for.
MARY: Finished up with good, ol’ Jack Webb, starting with 1 Merkin/4 Air Presses. We got up to 5 Merkins, I believe.
Moleskine: Happy to substi-Q at The Rock, especially after Two-Hand Touch Q’ed over at The Lycan yesterday and rolled his ankle really bad. Heal up Brother!
