Great effort by all the gentlemen today. I only heard one area of complaint, when I called out that one partner stayed by transports shed for squats/lunges w/rock, while partner 2 did a mosey to the middle school benches and did 20 steps( 1 is 1).

Prayers for the family of one of FuseBox’s customers, David, who passed away.

This time of the year is always a time for me to reflect on 9/11. I was heading to work from NJ to Wall Street with two other friends. We would take the Path train from Newark, through Jersey City and walk up to the street at the WTC. The morning of 9/11 we were going to jump on a Path train but decided to wait 5 minutes for the next train and be lazy and sit down, rather than standing.

The Path train before us didn’t make it and we were kicked off right at the last exchange and had to walk up to the streets of Jersey City to witness people falling from windows and the towers falling. It becomes a reflection of life how 5 minutes can make the difference.

Thanks Gentlemen, I won’t bore you with the rest, how we rented a car out of there, backroads and shots at a bar.
