Pair up with another Pax , one does the exercise, one does a loop. At the half loop, do five Mike Tysons.. after each round, LBC for the six
Merkins/air presses/dry docks/jabs/hammers and a few others I’m probably forgetting.
Finish with Fiji fast feet

Hoping for a clean colonoscopy for big Ben today. As always, I’m a big proponent of people getting these done as my brother has been going through colon cancer for the last eight years. they may seem awful, but trust me the alternative is worse.

MOLESKIN:
Thanks to Fiji for stepping up last minute to queue. Looking for more people to step up and lead daily workouts other than the regulars. We had to dodge a ton of caterpillar grubs while running our loop. Luckily we were able to audible some locations to not squish these little fellas.
