FITNESS · FELLOWSHIP · FAITH
Free, peer-led outdoor workouts for men. No experience required. No one left behind. Show up before dawn and leave better than you arrived.
The magnet that draws men in. Free, participant-led workouts designed to challenge every fitness level — from FNGs to OGs. No one gets left behind, but no one gets left where they started.
The glue that keeps men coming back. Bonds forged in the pre-dawn Gloom are strengthened through social gatherings, races, and endurance events. These are genuine friendships — not networking.
The dynamite. We're not a religious organization, but we believe we are not the center of the universe. Men are challenged to live for something bigger than themselves and to lead in their communities.
F3 Waxhaw is free and volunteer-run. Donations support community service programs — bike refurbishment, local outreach, and more. Every dollar stays local.
Direct bank transfer with zero fees — contact us for details.
Give a used bike — any condition. We repair and give it free to a Waxhaw kid.
The official F3 Nation explainer. Everything a man needs to know before showing up in the Gloom for the first time.
A very cold Saturday morning greeted the PAX, but that didn't stop Mute from coming in hot to lead the opening round with a series of weighted burpees and stair work.
Saw an opening at Commitment and thought it would be fun to celebrate Rivalry weekend by having two rivals split the Q. The beatdown did not disappoint.
We ran roads until there was a trail, then we ran (walked) through it all to get 10.5 miles of cold morning fellowship and forward motion.

"Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him."
— F3 Nation CredoF3 — Fitness, Fellowship, Faith — traces its roots to a free, participant-led boot camp held on Saturday mornings in Charlotte, NC. What started as a handful of guys has grown into a nationwide movement of men committed to getting better together.
F3 Waxhaw is one of the strongest regions in the nation. We have 15+ active AOs (workout locations), 500+ PAX (participants), and workouts 6 days a week — all completely free.
The workouts are intense but scalable. The community is the reason men stay.

F3 Waxhaw collects, rehabilitates, and donates bicycles to children and families in our community — free of charge, every time.
Every year, F3 Waxhaw PAX show up — just like they do at 0530 — to collect donated bikes, strip them down, repair and clean them, and place them in the hands of kids who need them most. No fanfare. No excuses. Just work and love.
Leave your donated bike at Christ's Closet during open hours. Any condition accepted — we'll do the work.
Waxhaw, NC · Mon–Sat 9AM–5PM
Drop off your used bicycle — any condition — at Christ's Closet in Waxhaw. Bikes of all sizes are welcome, from toddler to adult. Financial donations via Amazon Wishlist also accepted.
F3 Waxhaw men volunteer to repair, clean, and refurbish donated bikes. Tires, chains, brakes — everything gets checked. PAX show up the same way they show up at 0530: no excuses, all in.
Christ's Closet distributes fully refurbished bikes to children and families in need — completely free. Every bike is a kid who gets to feel the wind on their face for the first time.
Christ's Closet is a Waxhaw-based nonprofit providing clothing and essentials to families in need. Our bike program extends their reach, putting smiles on kids and miles on wheels.
Christ's Closet is a Waxhaw-based nonprofit that provides free clothing, shoes, household items, and essentials to families in need throughout Union County. They operate out of a red metal building at the corner of New Town and Byrum Rd — open to anyone, no income verification required, no questions asked.
The organization relies entirely on donated goods and volunteers. Every week, families from across the Waxhaw and Monroe area come through their doors to find what they need. Christ's Closet's model is simple: community gives, community receives.
F3 Waxhaw PAX show up — exactly like they show up at 0530 — to collect, strip, repair, and rebuild donated bicycles. We use Christ's Closet as our distribution partner because they already have the community trust, the relationships with families in need, and the infrastructure to get bikes to kids who will ride them.
When a family comes to Christ's Closet, they may leave with more than clothes — they may leave with a bike their kid will remember for the rest of their life. That's the mission. Simple, direct, and zero bureaucracy.
