WARMUP: Spring break has thinned the herd but the 4 Horseman ride on! Cartel either Q-jacked, substi-Q’ed, or was voluntold to lead us out!
THE THANG: Headed out on the Cutty Connector at a good clip and conditions were not too bad after the monsoon last week. Hit the Cutty Riverwalk on our way to ride both loops of POCO. Took a hard right then up the grass road to Cutty 1. After a well deserved breather at the top we barreled down Cutty 2 then snaked our way back up Cutty 3 where we met up with Lyle who was sporting a brand new Canyon whip, hence his new F3 name! The 4 Horseman now complete started the trek back on Cutty 5 and through the Cutty Connector again. With a few minutes to spare we decided to swing by my old nemesis the chocolate mudslide and Lenny Hill creek crossing but decided that those loops are for another day. Off to the parking lot for brews and fellowship and of course Rag brings out the amazing cheesecake/carrot cake snacks to top the evening! These horseman did not bring too much death and destruction but will ride again next week and we’ll see what happens!
