[dromedary] “Reasons to move” not only was it cold outside which was good reasons to be moving, but 1/4 of the way through the warm up we found ourselves doing “Alabama prom dates” which was news to me, but had you been there you would understand why the athletic director ask F3 to move away from the stadium in the mornings as they probably didn’t want t their high schoolers anywhere near these pax doing hip thrusters while laying on their backs! lol haha , hence the title came to me “reasons to move” for this mornings workout!
