What had happened was:
Opened up with some rifle carry and moving all the weights under the foul weather cover
+2 PAX during warmup stretch and Jimmy Ds
Thunder Cat entrance was epic as his favorite animal, a trash panda followed in behind him like a wingman that owned the place

Brought the foil wrapped silver bells up the stairs and setup in my typical gear Q circle with the bells as a farmer carry timer. The PAX carrying picked the exercise, many rounds of many exercises (Mayhem hitting calves hammys and biceps Thunder Cat and One Star quads and core, Roomba hitting chest and stretchs)
Switched it up with a round of mary in the middle for some grip rest and single arm farmer carry but Roomba and Thunder Cat wanted more of both bells so we followed their lead – and another panda sighting

Lots of griping about 2 70 lb kbs, but Roomba kept coming back for more and Thunder Cat impressed with what looked like some slippery reduced grip cotton gloves

Roomba finished the last round with some cooldown stretching

Wrapped up with COT and gear cleanup
