What had happened was:
We got dunked in to WH.
Optional workout:
– 200m easy warmup
– 4x50m drills
– Main set: 50, 100, 150, 200 (all on 20-30sec rest after each)
– 100m easy cooldown

We’re off to a great start. If you can blow bubbles and watch a black line (to stay in your lane), then you’re welcome at Water Horse. We will hand out workouts each week, but you can feel free to swim or float on your own.
