5 Runners and 3 ruckers put in some work in the frosty gloom. All the humidity from 3 days of rain froze in the air.

Good to see @HighLife back out again so soon. Looks like he’s already made some bad friends with Foundation and a few others.

Shriver was killing it this morning. He’s ‘sneaky fast’ or maybe just plain old fast. He was definitely making it look easy and putting the normal runners to shame this morning. Him and Rubbermaid got 7+ miles this morning. #respect

Kilo – Gareth Davies and YHC were just chillin in the freezing temps and that’s still a win. Paper Jam created his own route, is anyone surprised??? Not me …

Deck the Halls running tomorrow in Ballantyne. 4:20 am start for all decks and a later start as well for those not-as-crazy runners.
