What had happened was:
Paper Jam wanted to get back to some Stateline basics, like band work for the hips and glutes, and that’s what we did. I did sneak in a little movement in the parking lot and we got about a mile in. So important to work alternate muscles in the legs and glutes. Appreciate the accountability Paper Jam.
