What had happened was:
After a few weeks of getting out of the normal “dysfunction” routine due to various factors, we were back in business this morning. We did mix in a few laps around the parking lot to keep our legs loose, and because YHC is part of a step challenge in the month of September. Awesome that Southern Tip was here, he showed me a couple new exercises that we will incorporate in the future.

Goblet squats
Reverse lunges
Kick stand RDL
Squats with calf raises
Pulse side lunges
Single leg RDL
Split squats
Curtsy lunge
Sumo deadlift
Wall sits
2 laps around the parking lot
Glute bridges
Dead bugs
Side planks with leg lift
Fire hydrants
Hamstring march
2 laps around the parking lot
Repeato
Only a few weeks left until SD shuts down for the winter; get your lower body rehab/prehab in while you can.
