3 amigos braved the 20 degree weather to get in some miles this morning.

Kid Rock started early as usual because he loves extra credit and one hour of running just isn’t enough.

Paper Jam put in some recovery walking after Oak Island this weekend. Kudos to all those who killed that race, especially Damascus.

This morning’s plan was to run some side roads for something different, avoiding Carrington and the parkway for the most part. YHCs Michigan hoodie is kind of like a crop top these days, not sure if that’s one of the kids or what, but that one’s going in the trash/recycle bin. The beanie hat was also worn inside out so the tag was waving around like a small flag, it’s great to have such fashion out there in the gloom.

We got in 6 miles with only running half the neighborhood, not bad!

Don’t forget your wipes! Show to know, but they were put to good use this morning.
