YHC blew off the DICCS and the potential weinke in favor of week 2 part 2 of Tuck’s Terrible Find Your Fast mile program. You can do that when no one else shows up. After a fartlek pyramid, YHC went back to the regular weinkes for a Chipotle style combo of 160 merkins and 375 ab exercises.
