Paper Jam and Flip Phone requested more of a traditional boot camp today since they will be running 8-10 miles at “ Chicken Run” tomorrow. So a bootcamp is what they got with plenty of Merkins, Burpees, Mike Tyson’s, Donkey Kicks, Squats, Abs etc.. etc…
