With Blackhat leading the charge, so bold and spry,
And Falcon flapping his wings, oh, how they did fly!
Dunkin brewed up some energy, just like his coffee,
While Kermit, his son, bounced around, feeling frothy.
They aimed for those curls—what a sight to behold!
With biceps that bulged, they were warriors, not old!
Overhead presses brought joy, triceps did sing,
As YHC lead them on, like a proud and joyful king.
Then, off they set for a lap, short and sweet,
Through puddles and rain, with laughter, not defeat.
“Oh dear,” said Blackhat, “is this water or soup?”
“Just splash away, my friends! Let’s be the soggy troop!”
Back to COT where their brothers await,
With smiles and high-fives, they couldn’t be late.
As laps turned to giggles, they sprinted with grace,
In the rain-soaked embrace, each a jolly face!
So here’s to the crew, in all their muddy glory,
A brotherhood forged in sweat—now that’s a good story!
With Falcon, Dunkin, Kermit, and Blackhat at play,
YHC and the gang made the most of the day!
Though drenched to the bone, we’d do it again,
For nothing beats fun with your workout friends!
So if life seems too serious, take heed of this rhyme:
Splash around in the rain—there’s no better time!
