I, too, came up with a Friday the 13th themed workout. Without comparing mine to Kid Rock’s, let’s just agree that each was the best in his state.

I expanded my Fthe13:tm: theme to include other horror series like “Nightmare on Elm Street”, “The Ring”, “The Exorcist”, “Carrie”, & “Scream”. We ran out of time before we could do “Saw”, but in a way, the 3 Pax were trapped by a twisted, maniacal mind for 44.73 minutes.
What surprised me most was that everyone present actively chose to avoid scary movies. So some of the exercise references were met with blank stares. Not the typical “that’s dumb” look, but an additional, “wtf” layered atop it.
