Got a frantic text from doughboy that the kids needed to be dropped off and he may be late. No worries as of the time of the text I was the only car in the parking lot.

Oh who gives a shit. We worked hard. Even harder since it was just two of us. There was no where to hide.

– great conversation today. I love working out with doughboy as he pushes had and has some great one liners. I also alway leave educated in something I wasn’t planning. (Surround yourself with people smarter than you and you will get smarter). ((Not hard for me to do)).
– Coffeteria was a master class in stock trading. What to do, what not to do. For the first time in awhile we both shared our losses and not just our gains (damn you Fubo!!!!).
– Prayers for doughboy and his wife as they c become empty nesters. That’s right, bread bowl is off to college. (The money I would pay to get the video highlights of his first week). Doughboy and I reminisced about our first weeks of college. What a time…..
– Watch said we got 4.6 mikes but then I realized I didn’t turn it off until Dunkin. Might have been “just” shy of 4 miles
– Looking for pax to come to Commitment. Q’s are getting lined up. Site is getting cleaned up. It’s rest to thrive. Just need a few of the long timers to come back and a few sleepy heads to get out of bed. Can’t wait to see you next Saturday.
