Quick warmup then hightailed it to the small hill at the Wesley Oaks gate.
Started with Jacob’s Ladder
Start at bottom of hill. 1 merkin, sprint to top, 1 burpee. Then 2, then 3… up to 7 and 7.
Run to clubhouse but do alternating
10 squats and 10 flutters (2 is 1) at each streetlight.
Once at clubhouse did Mike Tyson Taps
1 MT then 4 shoulder taps
2 MT then 8 shoulder taps
Up to 7 and 28 (this sucked!)
Ran back to CoT. At each streetlight alternate 10 Big Boys and 10 Monkey Humpers.
3+ miles covered!
COT – in short, took time to reflect on how in a world full of darkness and bad news, I’ve noticed Christmas lights are going up on more houses earlier than I can ever remember. Be the light!
