This beautiful brisk morning inspired us to do a Tennesee Miuayg (pronounced Miyagi) style workout. It was a big hit with the PAX for sure. It may even have been the most productive F3 AO of the day. ENDO returned to the scene after kicking off the year by marrying off his eldest daughter. Endo’s well planned session was so crazy he begged for some q jacking at the 30 minute mark and Rockwell and Roomba kindly obliged.
