– This was the case for Posse. Mad Dog made an offhanded remark in a meeting once that forced him to view leadership in a different way; one where he could see himself as a leader.
– Being hospitable gives a space for men to talk about their treasure
– Beginning of allowing that man to start reaching his potential
– Hospitality Leadership says “I see & welcome the real you”
– Planning for the 100 mile ultra, Hoff knew what he wasn’t good at
– But he was great at hospitality
