What had happened was:
Forgot it was a 5:14 start so started 30 seconds late! Mosey to Wesley Oaks neighborhood for warmup. Then mosey to Crosshall. Triple nickel type workout. Run the long stretch with 20 LBC at the bottom. 10 squats in middle intersection. 10 merkins on the other end. Rinse and repeat 3 times.
Mosey back to Target parking lot.
Start at first side of parking lot and do 10 dry docks. Bear crawl to the first parking line. Get up and run to last parking line before the island. Lunge walk to island. Do 10 squats. Lungewalk back to line. Run back to first line. Bear crawl to beginning, do 10 dry docks, bear crawl back to line. 3 times. Mosey around the Brooklyn pizza buildings and back to COT for time.
