What had happened was: YHC put his head back down for a minute — or 24 — this morning and nearly missed the workout. Upon arrival, it may have been Monkey D who was leaving, so we’ll hang that out there. With no other Pax in sight, YHC did a variety of exercises and attempted to painfully compensate for not arriving on time.
