And we were off to celebrate using some of the typical OneStar exersizes

Q forgot a OneStar fave so had to audible with triple Squats narrow, normal, sumo.

Pair up with a PAX head to wall and watch out for MASHrs

As you all can see, Ross was a huge part of not only the F3 community but Waxhaw and Marvin. Kristen and the kids were so thankful of everyone coming out and mentioned that he loved F3 and would always talk about everything.

It’s a testament to Ross seeing the amount of guys that came out today from all over the area. Some new faces , some familiar and some old faces. He truly did bring people together.

Thanks to everybody for coming out, I know it meant a lot to their family! Celebration of life details to come, i’m sure it will be something in true OneStar fashion
