I wanted to make it interesting (and easier for older PAX). Take the decade that you were born in and do that many Merkins and Burpees. I was born in the 70s, so I did 7 of each. I believe that @penaltybox was born in the 40’s, so he did 4 of each. Luckily, @sugarsmacks showed up and had to do 9 of each!
THE THANG:
Get your weight (coupons for most of us) and do 3 rounds of the following:
1. LBCs (15) followed by rifle carry across parking lot then 15 squats with your weight.
2. Supine Pullups (10) on railing near small building, rifle carry weight across parking lot, Step Ups (10) at “Fire Pit” area near main building.
Carry Weight to Mount X
Progressive Ladder with weight carry around Mount X between each step:
1. Skull crushers on back (10)
2. Sqauts (10)
3. Curls (10)
4. Simbas (10)
5. Bench Press (15)
