Overall great workout. Less than a mile running but constantly moving once we started. The workout itself was probably a 3.8 ⭐️ out of 5 but we started 2 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. That’s 15.5% of the workout left on the table which dropped the overall rating to ⭐️⭐️ out of 5
