Did some warmup in the parking lot. Then ran about 1.5 miles toward the Delaware River, stopping along the way for the occasional squats.
Ended up at the Philadelphia Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial, which commemorates all of the Philadelphians who served in the Vietnam War. The Q highlighted 3 men who either died or had a birthday today (09/21). For each of them, we did 20 merkins, 20 squats, and 5 burpees.
Did a few other exercises and then ran back to CoT. Good group of guys. :punch:
