I was trying to kid myself with “that counts as a workout, right?!!?” but that only lasted about 4 seconds. I knew I was going to have to solo ruck when I get home.
I felt like listening to some pissed off metal from the 90s so Korn’s Follow the Leader was the choice. Fast ruck out, 14min pace, a 1.5mi out and then run back, was hoping for sub 10min pace. Hit 9min and workout #56.5 is complete. See you all tomorrow.
