What had happened was: Solid beatdown in the Upstate. After the DICCS, we warmed up for a few and we were off. We moseyed, Mike, merkined, and Indian run. Then we headed to Hollywood Hills, did some hill work, then some partner ab work.

It was a great time getting to meet some PAX from a different region. I must say that we (waxhaw) have definitely set a standard for beatdowns and our reputation has been made known even down here. Great work by all. :joy:
