Mosey behind Publix to mix up stretches and different type of uncommon merkins (T, ranger, hands to sky).
Mosey to steep hill for progressive suicides. On the up 5 merkins, 10, 15,20. On the back 5 burpees, 5 burpees + 10 big boys, 5+10+15 skull crushers, 5+10+15+20 prison squats.
Mosey to the retirement Neighborhood stopping once for 50 lbc’s and again for 25 gas pumpers.
At each drive way on the left (then right, then left again) do 5 of the jumping lunge, jump squat, jump lunge, jump squat combo. I really need a name for these because it takes a minute to explain.
Round one felt so good I decided to call it again but this time at every light which made things much easier.
Started walking like baby giraffes so decided round three wasn’t good. Started back to cot stopping 4 times to do 30 curb dips, twice to do 15 skull crushers, and once to do 10 chippe crosses. Got back to cot I time to do 10 lbcs.
Thanks rocket man for the conversation this morning. That workout would have been bad alone.
