Cliff notes: we sent Tim off to Spain with a last long trail run. He went for a half marathon, while the rest of us were happy with the standard 30-30.
It was great to see Singlet trying the CTT for his cardio today, although we feel he barely broke a sweat running at Tim’s shuffle. He did follow protocol and blessed the trail with his knee a couple times. He’s one of us now
