Cliff notes: Surprise appearance by Gerber, who looked happier this Wednesday than we’ve seen him in the last two years’ worth of Wednesdays. In his own words: “I’m free to roam the World!” We totally get you, buddy. You are home now.
He was so excited that he darted out into the trails, and we believe he’s still running them. That left the four of us in pursuit, only to find out that we’ve been neglecting the CTT so much lately that there were a few obstacles here and there (rocks, tree trunks, etc). Fortunately, we still work our upper bodies every now and then, so we just applied those skills to remove them, and off we went. Others blessed the ground with their knees in different ways.
Oh yeah, and YHC brought Carolina Reapers for everybody; very few left—let me know if you need some!
