What had happened was:
Warm-up: Mosey around MS pickup -quick SSH and duggans then Lunge walk around pickup with 1 monkey-humper burpee broad jump after every 10 lunges to get the blood pumping and burn started early
Mosey the long way to the track for ~1/2 Murph prep, pain train Cindy-style: 5/3/2/1 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, with a 25 air squat and a lap around the track between sets
Mary Abs: 3+3 rounds of core PAX choice, big bois crunches flutters heels to heaven, plan, freddies
Mosey back towards COT. 30 wall sit air presses + 30 air jabs. Follow the Impromptu crew 2x burpees at each light pole.
