COT: there’s some running events coming up (beer run, rooster) so I wanted to get in some miles. Barely broke 2.5 but got the heart rate up a decent amount and the miles weren’t too painful. Will have to hit it harder in the future. Southern Tip is on tap for next week and he promises no running and something completely different. Looking forward to it.
