What had happened was: mostly the same weinke as last week: a squat – lunge – deadlift sequence, followed by a 1.5 mile run, followed by some glute/core work on the mats, followed by the squat – lunge – deadlift combo. Good burner for the legs, mileage kept us a little looser.
