[the_rock] Quality vs Quantity

I was a last minute substi-Q for The Rock. With rain in the forecast and a running competition… I mean “CHALLENGE” in full swing, I figured numbers might be low at this 0.0 site. However, sometimes smaller groups can be just as impactful as larger groups.

Lambeau and I pushed ourselves with a variety of coupon exercises and carries. And Black Hat inspired us by rucking the parking lot the entire time in pouring rain while wearing a sling on his arm.

For those of you that fart sacked due to some rain drops, please read that last sentence again.
