With the assigned Q waking up sick this morning, YHC stepped in to substi-Q with @Chainsaw so happy he showed up this morning. YHC kept trying to convince @Chainsaw that it was like having your own personal trainer, but he insisted that was not what he signed up for.  🤷‍♂️

We did some of the usual warmup exercises, ran around the cemetery, ran down and up “Bad Idea Hill”, lots of monkey humpers on the way back, did some partner work around the school, and finished by using all of the nicely-numbered parking spots out front.

Great workout and great company!  👊
